Overview
The Fold is a story depicting a person who, finding themselves down on their luck and washed out of society, decides to flip their current narrative and embrace an alternate version of reality reflecting the deep-seated feelings of resentment and disenfranchisement towards the "rat-race" mentality that pervades the modern world. After shedding his transient carapace, he bares his inner self-confident and brazen form to the world in a whimsical and exalted release. Chaos and hijinks ensue as the fantasy-driven actions of the protagonist clash with the boundaries of polite society and result in conflict with the unsuspecting citizens of an affluent urban neighborhood.
