Artist At Home : Melodie Knight
I met Melodie one night in Tacoma,Wa at a show I am sure. I ended up getting a ride with her and a group of people back to Seattle. From then on I have been fortunate enough to see this wonderful person around due in large part to her work with, Artist Home booking, Campfire Ok, and A dozen other musicians that have her singing backup with them. After first seeing her perform with Tony Kevin Jr. at Columbia City Theater I proclaimed that she would be the most sought after vocalist in town. I think that its coming true. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but Dylan Priest's are worth at least a solid 1,500.
His story began as a small child growing up in Kansas, when, according to his mother, he once produced a crayon drawing stating that he would grow up to be a photographer. He has never seen this drawing, but that did not keep it from becoming a binding contract on his life, and a felicitous one at that.
